This is to certify that

has successfully completed the five day intensive technical short course in Interferometric
Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR), delivered virtually by the EarthScope GAGE/SAGE facilities.
Curriculum covered basic and advanced InSAR theory, InSAR processing with the JPL/Caltech
InSAR Scientific Computing Environment (ISCE), noise sources and corrections, working with ARIA
and OPERA standard products, InSAR time series analysis in MintPy, pixel offset tracking, and
data interpretation and modeling.
